FAQ

Why did I get charged before my free trial ended?

According to Apple, when you sign up for a 3-day trial, you may get charged within the last 24 hours of your trial period.

Here's the exact statement from Apple's website: "If you signed up for a free or discounted trial subscription and you don't want to renew it, cancel it at least 24 hours before the trial ends."

The payment processes on App Store are completely managed by Apple, so unfortunately, this is a process Cleanup team is unable to control.

2. Choose iTunes & App Store
3. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen
4. Tap View Apple ID (you might need to sign in or use Touch ID)

Cleanup categorizes all your photos into 4 categories: Similar, Duplicates, Screenshots, Other

Cleanup will automatically separate a set of similar photos, mark one of them as the Best Result using its comparison and detection techniques and select the rest for you to delete.

Screenshots
This category will include the screenshots in your library and the app will automatically mark all for removal but as always, leave the final decision for you. So, if you have screenshots that you want to keep, be sure to add them to your Keep List.

Other
This is the category in which the photos that don't fit into the other categories will be sorted. Cleanup groups them together to make it easier for you to review, swipe and clean your library
